All delegates are required to read the Mountain Manual and bring a copy with them to the conference. In order to meet Premier Delegation status, each delegate must turn in a Conference Passport to their CLC Representitive stating that they have read the Handbook, and other requirements.

Requirements Listed on the Passport:
Requirements for admission: [please check]
  • I have read the Mountain Manual in its entirety [found at www.ymcacona.org].
  • I have printed a copy of the Mountain Manual and brought a copy with me to the Conference.
  • I agree to abide by all the rules and regulations contained in the Mountain Manual.
  • I have written a proposal and submitted it according to the prescribed procedure.  I have been careful not to write it on a Banned Topic listed at www.ymcacona.orgOr – I am a full time media delegate not required to submit a proposal.
  • I will arrive at the conference having sufficient research to present my proposal.  Or – if a full time media delegate:  I have been in contact with the media advisor and have prepared to be a part of the media team.
  • I will, to the best of my ability, conduct myself in a manner that is consistent with the values of the YMCA.
  • I will submit this Passport to my CLC representative so that he/she can certify to that body that everyone in my delegation is in compliance.  I understand that failure to do so will result in disqualification from Premier Delegation status.

Please prepare yourself for the conference by attending to these items.  Thank you.
