Application Procedure

  1. A Delegate Application form is submitted to the State Director.
    Each state selects its own delegates. Application forms are to be submitted to the State Youth in Government Director. If there is no State Y in G Director, submit the application directly to the Montgomery Conference Office in Montgomery, Alabama.
  2. Once approved by the State Director, Delegates should prepare and submit a proposal. Instructions and a link to the Online Submission Site can be found on the Proposals page.
  3. All travel must be arranged by the Trip Director or by the individual. Flights to Asheville and commercial bus lines will be met and transportation to the Assembly can be arranged by a car service if arrangements are made with the conference office by June 8th.
