Registration Process
Here are the steps you will take to register and prepare for the conference:
- You must be selected by a state YMCA Youth in Government Program.
- Print a Registration Form
- After printing your Registration Form sign it, have your parents sign, and send to your trip director. If you think you have previously completed this form in the past few months please check with your trip director to see if you must complete another one.
- Write and submit your proposal. It is suggested that you write your proposal in a word processing program such as Microsoft Word first. After you check your spelling, etc. contact your Trip Director to submit your proposal. Your group may have specific deadlines and instructions. If so, follow them. Each trip director must give final approval to each proposal by June 1 or your proposal will be late and you will have a more limited opportunity to pass it beyond 1st Committee.
