Full Gala Invitation
A couple of items to note about the Gala Dinner registration site:
1.) Individuals must register SEPARATELY for the Gala and the CONA reception. The Gala is $60 and the reception is free. Individuals may attend one or both of these events. Links to both registration sites are included on the invitation.
2.) When individuals are registering for the Gala they should select “Alumni” as their Registration Type. We are using the same registration site as the Youth Governors conference so there are several registration options on the site.
3.) Individuals are asked to complete the questions “YMCA State” and “YMCA Association/Branch”. Individuals can either select the current YMCA they are involved with or they can list the state program they participated with as a Youth & Government student.
4.) Based on the options at the top of the registration screen it appears like individuals will have the option of selecting a hotel room during the registration process. This is NOT the case. If anyone needs a hotel room, they should email Erin at youthgovernment@ymca.net by May 30. This is also noted on the invitation.
5.) If an individual wants to bring a guest to the event, there will be an option for them to register an additional person at the end of the registration process.
